SMS Terms

ReGenEDGE may send the following types of text messages to phone numbers you provide:

• One-to-one sales texting with a member of our team
• Automated marketing and promotional messages about products, events, education, and offers
• Informational and transactional messages, such as confirmations, follow-ups, and account updates
• Appointment reminders and scheduling messages

Message content is intended for healthcare professionals, clinics, practices, wellness centers, medical spas, distributors, and other qualified professional or business accounts where legally permitted, and is not directed to patients or the general public.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking an opt-in box, replying to a confirmation message, or otherwise affirmatively consenting), you agree to receive recurring text messages from ReGenEDGE at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless expressly permitted by law. Different categories of messages (for example, marketing versus transactional) may be governed by separate consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update or terminate our SMS program at any time.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending further messages from that program, except where additional messages are required to honor or confirm your request.

Please do not send patient medical records, protected health information, or sensitive patient information by text message. ReGenEDGE does not intentionally collect patient-identifiable health information through SMS.
