The ReGenEDGE Story
2012
Spring of 2012. First practice of the season. A running back on Jason's team went down in a non-contact play. ACL torn. Natural biologic options that could have supported his recovery already existed. They just weren't reachable in his zip code. That kid never played another down of football.
A year earlier, Kobe Bryant had flown to Germany for the same kind of regenerative work. Jason had read about it and thought, "I wish I could give this to my players." It had been a thought. Period. Until that spring practice, when the thought had a face.
The Wait
By 2013 Jason was in spine sales, watching surgeons use bone marrow aspirate in operating rooms while the same biology stayed out of reach in clinics. He knocked on doors asking orthopedic surgeons and pain doctors the same question. Could you do this in your office? Every conversation ended at the same wall. The kits were priced for the OR, not the office.
Years went by. He took time off sales to coach alongside his son's high school football team, then went back to sales when his son left for college. Twelve-hour days. The grind that pays for the freedom you give your kids and quietly takes everything else.
Then he met Kristi.
The Right Question
Their paths crossed and they were home immediately. One date, then a month of phone calls three or four hours a night. Brutal honesty about all of it. They needed to know if they were aligned before they moved forward. They got their answer. God had a plan, and His plan was bigger than either of theirs.
Kristi grew up the daughter of entrepreneurs. She'd already worked sales and marketing in different parts of the country and started two businesses from the ground up. Business was in her DNA the way coaching was in Jason's.
She watched Jason burning the candle from both ends and started asking the questions only someone who's already lived the answer can ask. What would you build if you did it for you? What would you stand for? Somewhere in those conversations, the answer Jason had been carrying since 2011 came back to the front of his mind. He'd had it the whole time. The market had finally caught up.
By 2024 the wall from 2013 was gone. Jason found the inventor behind the kits he wanted to represent. Kristi later found the partner who opened the door to the rest of the regenerative suite. ReGenEDGE was the name they put on it.
The First Yes
The first practice that said yes had been sold to and ghosted by another rep before Jason ever walked in. Jason didn't sell them anything on the first call. He asked questions about their patients and their last vendor. They placed an order and they've been with us ever since. That was the moment we knew the company was built on the right values. Showing up as an asset to the practice was the right play.
Built by Both of Us
Jason and Kristi run different arms of the same company on purpose. Their strengths don't overlap, which is the reason it works.
Jason brings the field. Years in medical device sales and on the sidelines as a coach. He carries the relationships in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, and wound care. He's the one in the operating room when the first protocol gets used.
Kristi runs the architecture. Internal systems, business plans, marketing strategy, expansion plans. She's the engine behind the foundation that keeps the company moving. She also leads the aesthetics and med spa side, where her approach is consultative and relationship-first.
Both of them are servant-hearted. Kristi is hospitality at heart. The white-glove concierge approach is Jason's. Together they built it into how ReGenEDGE treats every client they serve.
How We Operate
Before Jason sold anything, he was a coach. Take care of the player. The team gets stronger. The outcome takes care of itself. Patient, practice, physician is the same framework in clinical language. Get the order wrong and nothing holds.
We don't push products. We solve problems and improve patient outcomes.
We saw practices buying their regenerative stack from four or five different reps, each one disappearing after the sale. Nobody was asking what the practice actually needed. So when we walk into a practice, we don't open with a catalog. We open with a question. How can we help your patients? The recommendation comes after we understand the answer.
Why We Do It
Jason and Kristi didn't build ReGenEDGE for an empire. They built it for freedom and impact, inside the arms of the life they want to live. Freedom to travel and keep showing up for their kids without burning out doing it for someone else. Impact because there are physicians out there who want to do this work the right way and need someone in their corner who'll show up to do it with them.
Faith is at the center of that. They prayed about this company before they named it, and they pray about it still. They're confident they're on the path God put in front of them.
Their kids are watching. Two of their kids work inside ReGenEDGE today. The next generation is learning what this kind of partnership can look like, and that's part of why it matters.
If This Is You
If you got into this to help patients improve outcomes, you and ReGenEDGE want the same thing. We've been looking for you too.
When you're ready, reach out. We'll start with a question, the way we start every first conversation. Then we'll listen.
